This group is attended by all district and borough local authorities and some housing association colleagues. It meets 4 times a year online, using Teams. We value the regular input from Home England and the new Rural and Community Enabling service.
Members discuss and share good practice on topics including ways to provide the right types of home in the right locations, First Homes, and rural homes. The group makes a value contribution to delivering aspects of the Kent and Medway Housing Strategy.
