This group discusses both technical and strategic elements of retrofitting homes to improve energy efficiency. It shares best practice and aims to address gaps in service delivery. It cooperates with the Private Sector Housing and Asset Management sub groups where the topics cross over.
It has members from the Kent and Medway local authorities. It invites partners including Eon, Green Doctors, Greater South East Net Zero Hub and Aran to give updates.
In 2023 it discussed grant funded retrofit, Park Homes, Solar Together, Demonstrator Homes, marketing and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
