This group is attended by housing association and stock holding local authority colleagues. It meets four times a year, for 90 minutes, online using Teams.
Members discuss and share good practice on topics including Building and Fire safety compliance, dampness and mould, adaptations for tenants with disabilities, disrepair, Decent Homes Standard, Awaab’s Law, increasing energy efficiency and the journey to net zero.
