This group is attended by housing association and stock holding local authority colleagues. It meets six times a year, for 90 minutes, online using Teams.
Members discuss and share good practice on topics including Building and Fire safety compliance, dampness and mould, disrepair cases, Decent Homes, increasing energy efficiency and the journey to net zero. It has welcomed speakers on PAS 2035:2019, Greater South East Energy Hub, South East Consortium and Kent County Council. It has a task a finish group focusing on delivering net zero.
