Domestic Retrofit sub group
This group discusses both technical and strategic elements of retrofitting homes to improve energy efficiency. It shares best practice and aims to address gaps in service delivery.

The Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Group is committed to improving, promoting, and integrating EDI throughout the KHG member organisations and their customer bases across Kent and Medway.
Housing, Health and Social Care Sub Group
The KHG Housing, Health, and Social Care Subgroup works to improve the health and wellbeing of people across Kent and Medway by strengthening the integration of housing, health, and social care. By identifying where they intersect, the subgroup develops shared goals, creates clear service pathways, and enhances collaboration– ensuring more coordinated and effective support for residents.
Kent Engagement Sub Group (KEG)
The Kent Engagement Group (KEG) is representation from the across the KHG membership who work in partnership and share good practice to ensure successful engagement across all communities in Kent and Medway, colleagues are representing both Resident Engagement and Community Development within this one sub group.
Kent Housing Group Events Subgroup
The Events Sub Group meets on a very regular basis to explore opportunities and develop a programme of events for KHG members throughout the year.
Kent Housing Options Sub Group (KHOG)
All the Kent Local Authorities and Medway Council are represented on the Kent Housing Options Sub Group and the aim of the group is to share best practice in terms of homelessness, housing options, allocations, lettings and service delivery.
Kent Private Sector Housing Group (KPSHG)
The Kent Private Sector Housing Groups aims to share best practice in terms of private sector housing (including the management of Disabled Facilities Grants) and develop and promote joint working across Kent and Medway to improve the quality of private sector housing and achieve greater consistency in implementation of key initiatives and policies by local authorities and other providers.
Kent Tenancy Management Sub Group (KTMSG)
The Kent Tenancy Management Sub Group is a KHG sub group with representation from across the local authority and housing association membership. This group considers best practice, problem solving and producing strategic and operations documents to ensure high quality consistent approaches to all elements of Housing Management for the residents of Kent.
