The Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Group is committed to improving, promoting, and integrating EDI throughout the KHG member organisations and their customer bases across Kent and Medway. Membership is drawn from KHG member organisations; the Housing Diversity Network is also a member and provides advice on EDI matters.
The group meets quarterly to discuss EDI issues and to share lived experience and good practice, taking this back to their own organisations to help improve policies, practice, representation, services and outcomes across Kent and Medway.
