The deadline for entries has closed, the judging in the 12 categories has been completed, the trophies and certificates are being produced and the venue is booked – yes the final countdown to the Excellence Awards 2023 is underway. Invitations to those shortlisted have been sent out.
Our annual awards – the Oscars for our regional housing sector – celebrate the best projects, professionals and partnerships across housing in the county. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Eastgate, 141 Springhead Parkway, Northfleet, DA11 8AD on 26 September. Doors open at 1pm for a 1.30 start. Most of the roads nearby do not allow parking and I attach a map for the Eastgate Centre’s car park. It is about 5 minutes walk from the venue. There is parking at the venue for anyone carrying materials or with limited mobility. The nearest train station is Ebbsfleet and its about a 15 minute walk away.
