A joint Kent Fire and Rescue Service and Kent Housing Group event that will:
- Provide an overview of the relevant guidance
- Outline the importance of compartmentation
- Cover the importance of fire doors and the checks to be completed
- Cover Escape routes
- Give a summary of Automatic Opening Vents
- Explain what Evacuation Alert Systems are
The session has been provided to local authority teams at KFRS shared learning day so local authorities are welcome to attend, but should be aware it could be repetition.
