Kent Housing Group is running an in-person event on Consumer Standards, on the morning of Wednesday 13th March 2024, in Chatham, Kent. The event aims to help you understand what organisations need to do and explore challenges and solutions in each Consumer Standards theme.
Kate Dodsworth, Regulator of Social Housing is the keynote speaker, and each Standard theme will be covered by speakers from housing associations, local authorities, Housemark, Kent Homechoice, Homeswapper, ASB & Associates.
KHG members can book up to five places for free and have received emails about this.
If your organisation is not yet a KHG member, if you would like to attend, please call Ashford Borough Council on 01233 331 111 and ask to book a place for the Kent Housing Group Consumer Standards event on 13th March. The call centre will be happy to take your payment of £50 +VAT per person.
The venue has a capacity of 80 people, and once this has been reached, we will take no more bookings.
