Kent Agency Assessment


lThe Kent Agency Assessment process is an easy way for Health or Social Services professionals (and their commissioned agents) to refer any service user who has a very high health/ social care support need to their local council’s housing department  for help accessing suitable accommodation where there is a critical need to move.

The 12 Kent local housing authorities have made a commitment to trust and respect the professional assessment you make of your client’s housing need. There are occasions where individual cases need to be discussed in more detail.  As part of this they are willing to provide guidance and training on the types of case that should be referred this way and how to go about it.
