As you may be aware Southern Water update their charges annually in line with guidance from Ofwat, the economic regulator for the water sector. This year there are significant changes to how the income offset is treated. They have now published their New Connection Charging Arrangements and these can be found on the following link under 2020-21.
From 1 April 2020, all new quotes will be produced using these new charges.
