The Kent Tenancy Management sub group of Kent Housing Group have developed a short guide for membership organisations to refer and/or use with regards to the new ways of working that have been introduced or advanced in transition following the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. This guide provides some practical tips and advice, developed through shared learning and experiences since March 2020. This is a working document and can be updated as required and it is important to stress that this guide provides a range of options and organisations may wish to use only some or all of the advice, opting for a hybrid approach to the lettings procedure based upon their customer requirements.
