The Kent and Medway Housing Strategy is being reviewed in 2025. Aecom Limited has prepared the evidence base using publicly available data and the feedback on the draft evidence base, ensuring that the evidence underpinning the Strategy is based on up to date evidence. Kent Housing Group engaged with our member organisations and our partners for their feedback, which was used to review the draft evidence base, identify matters to include in the strategy and flag areas for further research and consideration.
