This Government consultation considers decency standards for social and private rented sector housing. It also considers leasehold, supported housing and temporary accommodation.
Members from the subgroups were invited to a meeting to draft a response. No participants were from landlord organisations and so the response does not answer the questions for landlords. This draft was sent to all member organisations for comments before it was submitted.
The KHG consultation response is available to download below and was submitted before the closing date of 10th September 2025
