Fifteen member organisations of Kent Housing Group responded to Housing Diversity Network’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) survey during 2024. The report based on the survey aims to establish a baseline of current performance around EDI for members of Kent Housing Group. The report provides recommendations for enhancing performance in EDI and achieving improved outcomes for both staff and served communities.
