The Prisoners Building Homes KHG session was held on 28 July 2026. It highlighted how PBH is helping to unlock small and complex housing sites, deliver much-needed affordable homes, address construction skills shortages, and reduce reoffending by providing training and employment opportunities for people leaving prison.
We also heard about the exciting use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate site assessment, planning and delivery.
It was inspiring to learn how this partnership approach is creating social value alongside housing delivery, unlocking opportunities for local authorities and communities alike.
