Janine Hodges, Canterbury City Council presented on “Kent and Medway Safeguarding Adults Board (KMSAB) Policy and Procedures to Support People who Self-Neglect or demonstrate hoarding behaviour” at the Kent Housing Group webinar on Hoarding and Self-Neglect – a person centred approach, on Friday 10th October 2025.
This session brought partners together to share best practice, trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding principles, and effective partnership working. Through real-life case studies and success stories, we explored processes, procedures, and practical tools to support individuals experiencing self-neglect and hoarding behaviours.
