Dartford Borough Council presented case studies and recent successes at the Kent Housing Group insightful and practical webinar on Hoarding and Self-Neglect – a person centred approach. This took place on Friday 10th October 2025.
This session brought partners together to share best practice, trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding principles, and effective partnership working. Through real-life case studies and success stories, we explored processes, procedures, and practical tools to support individuals experiencing self-neglect and hoarding behaviours.
