Kent Housing Group Key Amnesty – June 2019

Over the whole month of June fourteen Kent Housing Group membership organisations will be encouraging residents in areas where they have stock to report or share information about tenancy fraud, which includes subletting of homes, offering those guilty of tenancy fraud the opportunity to surrender keys and avoid prosecution.  More details about the amnesty will be shared by those members who are actively part of the amnesty and also via the KHG Twitter feed.  All KHG membership organisations are asked to support the key amnesty and will have received key points of contact details and confirmation of how to accept keys from all of the membership organisations participating.  Feedback on the success of the key amnesty will be shared back across the membership once the amnesty comes to an end.

Members actively involved are Ashford BC; Clarion HG; East Kent Housing; Golding Homes; Gravesend Churches HA; Medway Council; MHS Homes; Moat; Optivo; Riverside; Sanctuary HG; Southern HG; Town and Country HG and West Kent HA.
