We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer Multi to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our social housing residents. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take pride in your work, providing excellent plastering services alongside a range of general property maintenance tasks. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of your work, and is committed to delivering a first-time fix wherever possible, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
As a Plasterer Multi, you’ll carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work to our housing stock, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll undertake plastering works and support other property repair activities as required, working independently and alongside colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for residents. You’ll accurately record work completed using electronic systems, manage materials effectively, identify when specialist trades are needed, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
