What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clearance Driver Labourer, you’ll operate a clearance vehicle and carry out a range of duties across our properties, including property clearances, cleaning, redecoration support, and assisting with two-person tasks. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, removing items from void properties, transporting waste to designated disposal sites, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You’ll also use electronic devices to accurately record work completed, purchase materials when required, and provide excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders while following safeguarding, health and safety, and road risk procedures at all times.
