West Kent Housing Association have a current vacancy for an Interim Head of Customer Experience, a full time role on a fixed term contract at 37 hours per week.
The current Head of Customer Experience is being seconded to the project team implementing their new housing system so they are looking for an energetic and experienced leader to start at the beginning of June to cover the role on a fixed term contract. The role will be responsible for their customer services, customer experience and customer resolution teams. You will have worked in housing or customer service at a senior level and be able to demonstrate leadership and an ability to manage and develop staff through a period of change.
You will lead on implementing their new customer experience strategy and have a great understanding of customer insight including how this can be used strategically and to tailor services.
The role will work flexibly combining collaborative time in their offices in Sevenoaks and working from home.
