Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, creative and customer focused individual to work with our successful Development and Sales team.
You’ll play a vital role in the Development Team, providing administrative support across all areas of the development and sales functions. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues and enquiries and so bringing a positive ‘can do’ attitude along with strong communication and data processing knowledge to your role will be integral to the smooth running and support of the Development Team.
Previous office experience with excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and Excel) are a must, a team player who has good customer experience. You’ll be able to take minutes, telephone calls, respond to emails and have fantastic organisational skills too.
You’ll help the Assistant Director of Development & Sales in organising appointments, taking minutes, data collection for board papers and general day to day administration tasks.
