Thanet District Council have a current vacancy for a Customer Insight Officer, a full time permanent role.

This is an interesting time for Thanet District Council, as their tenant and leaseholder services have just been established in house and they have a number of vacant roles within their new structure and they are looking for motivated professionals to join them on this exciting journey.

Thanet DC own over 3,000 homes, have an active development programme and investment plans of over £24m in their housing stock over the coming 5 years. They aspire to be a high quality landlord, providing safe, secure and well maintained homes to their tenants and leaseholders.   They have an exciting service improvement plan, that requires further development using insight from tenants, leaseholders and front line staff. This is a great opportunity for staff to feed into, and be part of developing the service, driving forward your own improvements and to be part of something bigger.
