Town and Country Housing have a current vacancy for a full time permanent for a Customer Feedback and Information Manager, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.   In this role you will need to provide objective quality assurance for all areas of the business with a key focus on oversight of the complaints handling process and on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

To be successful, you will have experience of resolving complaints or negative customer feedback and identifying and addressing root causes of, and systemic issues leading to, customer dissatisfaction. You will also have the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels and achieve positive outcomes for their customers and the organisation. Knowledge and understanding of how legislation, regulations, policy and best practice impact on operational areas and service delivery would be an advantage.
