Compliance Manager

Main Duties:
Lead a team of 4 to maintain systems and landlord compliance for all our social housing stock. This role oversees the management of all landlord compliance workstreams, as directed by legislation and regulation and manages the contracts in place to run them. 

Tasks will include:
● Delivery of compliance programmes and resulting actions.
● Reporting to senior management on compliance position
● Leading and coordinating a team of 4
● Monitoring the performance of contractors and consultants
● Assessing rent accounts and payment patterns of tenants to identify where contact is.
