The search for the best in the county’s housing sector is almost complete!
The nominations have been judged, the winners selected and the awards and certificates ordered – the search for the stars of the housing sector in Kent and Medway is almost complete.
The Kent Housing Group Excellence Awards 2025 – the annual Oscars for our regional housing sector – celebrate the very best projects, professionals and partnerships across housing in the county.
With 12 categories, it’s a real opportunity to showcase the work you do, to shine a light on the places you have created, the projects that make a real difference and the people without whom it would not happen.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by KHG Executive Board member Becs Wilcox at Eastgate in Northfleet on 25 September. The Group is thankful for sponsorship from Southern Housing, South East Consortium (SEC) and CMSG React.
