The training will cover the significant tactical advantages arising from the use of CPN in a social housing context, either as an alternative to or in conjunction with Notices seeking Possession. The training will cover the law and procedure involved, together with the implications arising from recent case law. The training will cover difficult situations, such as claimed mental health issues, and how to improve partnership working with other agencies. Practical examples will be given in relation to common issues, such as noise, drug use, animal related nuisance, rubbish and drug use.
