Kent Housing Group’s co-Chair, Brian Horton, calls on all councils to take bold action and build more council homes, more quickly. This dynamic discussion explored learning and what needs to be different in order to build much-needed homes to create lasting impact for our communities, and help fulfil the ambitions of the Kent and Medway Housing Strategy 2025 to 2030.
This initial roundtable brought together key stakeholders from across Kent, Essex, Sussex, and partners, including representatives from Kent local authorities, Medway Council, Kent Finance Officers Group, Kent Planning and Development Group, Kent Chief Planning Officers Group, and others.
