Every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference. Sheniz White, Whole Systems Obesity Officer, Kent County Council presented this interactive training session,  designed for housing professionals who want to confidently support tenants by embedding the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) approach into their daily work.

Through practical scenarios and hands-on exercises, it helps you to learn how to open conversations about key issues—such as financial wellbeing, mental health, and accessing support services—and signpost and refer effectively without adding to your workload. This will help to develop simple yet powerful skills that can make a difference to people’s health and wellbeing.
