The presentation will showcase mhs home’s Journey to Zero initiative, which focused on eliminating overdue fire safety actions and strengthening compliance assurance. It will highlight the progress achieved, the collaborative approach taken across teams, and the governance, systems and controls introduced to improve oversight, accountability and performance. The session will also demonstrate how these improvements have enhanced assurance and support the proactive management of fire safety risk.
