The Housing, Health, and Social Care subgroup of Kent Housing Group is facilitating a half-day in-person workshop which aims to bring together a representative cohort of frontline professionals from housing, health, and social care, VCSE, and partners to learn from one another and strengthen partnership working across agencies in Kent and Medway.
Date/Time: Thursday 26th March 2026, 10:00am – 2.00pm (including a networking lunch)
Venue: Golding Homes Conference Room, County Gate One, Stacey’s St, Maidstone ME14 1ST.
This interactive event will include presentations and real-life case study discussions, focusing on:
- Deepening understanding of roles and responsibilities of agencies across sectors.
- Strengthening skills in triaging and making referrals using local protocols and pathways.
- Building confidence in collaborative case management for individuals with complex needs.
- Strengthening relationships across sectors to support joint working.
Speakers
Speakers include Dr. Rakesh Koria, NHS Kent & Medway Ageing and Dying Well Clinical Lead; Genette Pinwill, Assistant Director of Tenancy and Change, Golding Homes; Catherine Collins, Strategic Safeguarding Manager, Kent County Council.
