- What makes a good facilitator
- Understanding and managing your audience
- Facilitation mechanisms
- Planning facilitation
- Managing follow ups
It introduces the art of understanding what you want to know, what you plan to do with the information and the different ways to deliver a session to obtain this.
Our trainer is Natalia Merritt, former co-chair of KHOG.
