This was a Kent Housing Group event, led by one of our membership organisations, West Kent Housing Association, who following a successful overview of their Covid-19 response and recovery at a recent KHG membership meeting, provided more details across three areas.
Tracy Allison, Chief Executive and Cathy McCarthy, Housing Director will led the session along with their expert panel of colleagues to cover Repairs and Gas Safety; Income and Engagement and finally their Communities Response. This session provided colleagues from across all organisations the opportunity to learn from the best practice and experiences of West Kent, the session extending upon the overview shared at the recent Kent Housing Group meeting and providing more operational detail and practical information.
