Maidstone FC, Spitfire Lounge, Gallagher Stadium, James Whatman Way, Maidstone, ME14 1LQ

As a key stakeholder and partner already involved in work that improves the lives of the County’s residents I would like to invite you to ‘Delivering Affordable Warmth – A Fuel Poverty Strategy for Kent – Action Plan Workshop ’.

The Action Plan will underpin the Fuel Poverty Strategy for Kent as developed by the Kent Energy Efficiency Partnership and tasked and approved by the Kent Housing Group/Private Sector Housing Group and the Kent and Medway Sustainable Energy Partnership.

The Strategy and its Action Plan cut across many services and organisations that already work towards delivering a healthier and safer environment. Closer working can offer a number of benefits to Kent residents including better living standards and conditions for those people on low incomes; improved and more energy efficient housing stock; fewer winter deaths and reduced costs for the NHS.  We need your expertise to develop this plan and deliver these benefits for our residents.

We would like one or two representative(s) from your organisation to attend this workshop.  Your attendance will ensure that we are delivering the right priorities for Kent so please respond by 18 November via Eventbrite.  Spaces are limited so please book your place early.  An agenda for the day will be sent out after 18 November.

If you would like any further information on the Strategy or its Action Plan, please do not hesitate to contact
