Kent Housing Group Sub Groups
The Kent Housing Group has a number of office level sub groups which report back to it every two months. Each of the sub groups has a KHG Executive Board Member as mentor to assist the group with work plans and outcomes, each sub group has an elected Chair and Vice Chair and an agreed Terms of Reference.
Kent Housing Strategy & Enabling Sub Group
Housing Strategy and Enabling officers from each of the 12 Local Authorities and Medway Council are represented on this group. They consider key strategic housing issues across Kent. Please use the link to access each of the Kent local authorities Housing Strategies.

Kent Housing Options Group
All the Kent Local Authorities and Medway Council have representation on this group, who consider how to improve upon excellent Housing Option services provided across the County, monitor performance, share best practice and liaise with partner organisations who are linked to the outcomes of Housing Options services.
Kent Private Sector Landlord Sub Group
This sub group is a recently established sub group to Kent Housing group, with the aim to consider the strategic element of the Private Sector Housing service delivered by the Local Authorities and Medway Council. The group also has representation from the National Landlords Association with the aim to build upon existing good relationships within this sector.
Kent Neighbourhood Management Sub Group
Kent Housing Group have only recently established this sub group, which has representation from both the Local Authorities and Housing Associations working across Kent. The sub group will be considering a number of neighbourhood management themes, looking at how to improve service provision through the sharing of best practice and commissioning joint training oppportunities.
